How it works
Step 1 — Choose Your Plan
Select the coaching package that fits your goals and complete your secure checkout. Once payment is confirmed, your coaching officially begins.
Step 2 — Welcome Email + Questionnaire
You’ll immediately receive a welcome email with a short coaching questionnaire.
This helps me understand your goals, training history, lifestyle, injuries, schedule, and what you realistically want to achieve.
The more detail you give, the better your plan will be.
Step 3 — Your Custom Plan Is Built
Within 24–48 hours after recieving your form, I design your fully personalised training (and nutrition if included).
You’ll receive:
• Your custom workout program
• Nutrition targets or meal guidance (if your plan includes it)
• Progress tracking sheets
• Everything organised in one private place
Only you and I have access. No one else can view your plan.
Step 4 — Train & Track
As you train, simply log your:
• Sets
• Reps
• Weights
• Notes or feedback
Your program updates live, so there’s nothing to download or save.
Just open it on your phone at the gym and follow along.
Step 5 — Weekly Check-Ins (Every Sunday)
Every Sunday we review your progress.
You’ll check in with:
• Dry weight or measurements
• Progress photos (optional but recommended atleast monthly)
• How the week and sessions felt
• Wins, struggles, and schedule for next week
From there, I adjust your plan, update calories or cardio , training if needed, and set clear targets for the upcoming week.
Step 6 — Ongoing Support
You’re never on your own.
You get direct access to me throughout the week for:
• Questions
• Form checks
• Adjustments
• Accountability
• Motivation

Each week we refine the plan based on your results and lifestyle.

How soon do I start after signing up?

Is my plan actually customised or generic?
Everything is 100% customised to you.
Your training, nutrition, and targets are built specifically around your goals, schedule, experience level, and lifestyle. Nothing is copy-paste.
How do weekly check-ins work?
Check-ins happen every Sunday.
You’ll send through your progress, feedback, and availability for the week, and I adjust your training, calories, and cardio accordingly. This keeps everything moving forward and prevents plateaus.
How often can I message you?
Anytime.
You have direct access to me throughout the week for questions, form checks, or support. I reply as soon as possible — usually the same day.
You’re never left guessing.
What if I’m new to the gym or unsure what to do?
That’s completely fine.
Your program includes clear instructions and guidance, and you can message me anytime for help with exercises, technique, or confidence. Beginners are welcome.
Do I need fancy apps or downloads?
No.
Everything is simple and mobile-friendly. You can open your program on your phone at the gym and log your sets and reps live.
What if I miss a week or get busy?
Life happens.
We simply adjust. Coaching is flexible and built around your real schedule, not perfection. Consistency over time is what matters.
How long should I stay on coaching?
Most clients see the best results after 12+ weeks.
That’s why we have a 12-week minimum, it gives you enough time to build habits and see real progress, not quick fixes.
Is there a contract?
There’s a simple 12-week minimum commitment, then it continues weekly.
No complicated contracts or lock-ins beyond that.
How do I cancel?
Easy.
Just send me a message or email and in 2 weeks and we’ll take care of it. No awkward process or hidden steps.
